It had good remuneration, a great opportunity to work on latest projects and had a reasonable work life balance. Arup was a great place to work. I enjoyed working at Arup - the company has a culture and value that people adhere to: respecting the design, strive for innovation, inclusion and diversity; however, if you are an engineer this is a good place for you, but not so much for the business service side.
